Welcome to Pine Ridge South III, we are a fifty-five and over community located in Greenacres Florida with 40 buildings totaling 320 units.  We feature one and two bedroom condos with either one or two baths.  Each unit is approximately 900 square feet.

Like other condo associations, we are continuing to grapple with increase insurance rates and funding our Reserves.  Our Quarterly Maintenance fees for 2025 will increase by 3.76%.  The fee for a 2-2 condo is $1,738 dollars.  The fee for a 2-1 condo is $1,545 dollars. The fee for a 1-1 condo is $1,228 dollars. The good news is we have completed 22 of 42 roof replacements and will complete the remaining units in 2025.  Also, the electrical service upgrades will also be completed in 2025. 

We are situated within seven miles of Lake Worth and Lantana beaches which makes living in Pine Ridge South III attractive.  Both beaches have a long pier for fishing or enjoying the ocean.  The beaches are well maintained with plenty of lifeguard stations for you and your family's safety.  Several wildlife refuges featuring well maintained boardwalks are just a short drive away.

Pine Ridge South III offers many features which make Florida living easy.  Our beautiful pool is equipped with chairs, chaise lounges and umbrella tables.  Our clubhouse is a great gathering place for games, cards, puzzles, community  events or just plain socializing.  Also enjoy bocce, shuffleboard, pickle ball or tennis on our private courts.  Take a quiet stroll around our private lake with its attractive fountain.

Join the many activities sponsored by our social clubs.  There are leagues for bocce, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and corn hole.  Also, there are Saturday luncheons by our talented PRSIII chefs, potluck dinner, art night, canasta party, book club, casino trips and weekly water aerobics, just to name a few.  There is always something fun going on at Pine Ridge South III!
